San Augustine ISD is implementing new policies, procedures and other measures district-wide in meeting compliance requirements of the various Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations, such as Section 504, and 508, and Title II. SAISD schools will EARLY RELEASE at 2:00 pm on THURSDAY (Dec. 14th). There will be a 2 HOUR DELAY to the start of school on FRIDAY morning, Dec. 15th (everything is pushed back 2 hours from the normal school starting time).
This Friday, we are doing a send-off through the front of the school circle drive at 3:00 pm and then moving down Columbia for elementary students to cheer and through downtown. We plan to have emergency responder escorts again!
San Augustine High School Band will have their Winter Extravaganza on Friday, December 15th, at 7:00 pm.If you have bought your ticket, come to the Downtown Museum Theater to eat a delicious dinner and listen to your favorite holiday tunes performed by our Wolf Pack Band!
