About Me

After high school (San Augustine High School Class of 2010), I attended The University of Texas at Austin - Bachelor of Arts in African & African Diaspora Studies (2014). I began my teaching career in Chicago, IL where I also attended Dominican University - Masters of Science in Education (2016). 
 
This will be my ninth year as an educator!
 
I believe that the work of educators is immensely important, as the impact has the potential to be world-changing. I am committed to ensure that all students leave my class with knowledge and esteem that will aid them in pursuing their goals and dreams.
